When I look at the Marriott I see this maleficent, monstrosity, a gleaming pyramid of hatred built on the backs of slaves.
Inside, a Mormon Hierarchy is enforced, white people exploiting others of non-“all”-white ancestry. Janitors, service people, maids and cleaning staff, all of them working for minimum wage without healthcare or benefits. The white, privileged Mormon managers are given these positions of power, jobs to boss around the “less than human” non-white (and often female) employees.
The top-tier priesthood, the “Sons of Melchi” give, or in their ‘supreme wisdom’, “bestow” their influence on the men who belong to their church, people they know will continue to pay tithes, money earned through their time spent working, the hours, minutes and seconds of their lives given to afford the basic human necessities of our culture.
This entitlement that comes with these positions of power creates a negative relationship between the men who order these other human beings around. This negative transference of power creates a relationship (sociologists might call it a “power dynamic”) between these people wherein the laborers are perceived and treated like unto slaves.
Sometimes there is great tragedy in an underpaid staff’s life, someone’s parents fall ill and they urgently need money to pay for hospital bills so their boss recommends that they take out a loan from a bank. Unsurprisingly, these Mormon-owned banks gouge their ‘customers’, creating a paradigm wherein a low-paid staff member becomes indebted to this organization that they are employed by.
How to make ends meet in this case? Cut back on the already bare frugalities of impoverishment? Work more hours doing a job that has no greater function other than to clean up after others? Let your loved one perish as you cannot afford the cost of healthcare?
Meanwhile, the managerial staff, again, white, Mormon males, have this perception, taught to them by the Church of Mormon, that women are to be raised as cattle. That, these people, the other half of the procreative equation, are to be considered as little more than cattle to raise a brood of healthy Mormon males.
Here’s the REAL RIPPER, the average person who belongs to the Mormon church (church to mean a community that develops around a group of people who share a communal activity every week) is actually not a bad person. They’ve simply been misinformed of a bias that appears as truth, which becomes absolute belief in their minds, as they apply these values to their daily life. The true enemy is this mysterious, “Melchizedek Priesthood” a secretive order of inherited power that comes descended from father to son.
The Marriott family accumulated their wealth by receiving low-interest loans from the Church of Latter Day Saints. Since the early days of the Great Depression, they have been able to accumulate power through this chain of hotels, renting property from other Mormon business owners who supply them with reduced cost rates. Enforcing their own strict rules and guidelines of what the Prophet Joseph Smith, a revealed fraud, to be absolute truth, they reduce this Heaven on Earth to mindless drudgery and work unfairly compensated for.
There’s this Unholy Trinity of money-hungry men who want to take from us our very lives,
Mitt Romney
Rick Peery
J.W. “Bill” Marriott, Jr.
So, do yourself a favor, take your money out from any organization whose roots you can trace to any of these three men.
